Ayr

A new beginners course will begin on Tueday 28th September 2010, 7pm at Castlehill church hall. Run by Gordon Smith for an initial 12 week period. To find out more please contact Gordon on 01292 314 534

Alternatively, from the roundabout at Ayr railway station, take the A713 towards Dalmellington and Castle Douglas. We are about a mile along this road, on the left at the next roundabout.


 Prestwick

In Prestwick, at the Ayrshire Bridge Centre (The Riggs, off Kirk Street) on Monday mornings Sam Malkani will be running a beginners bridge class, starting on 27th September 2010. No prior knowledge of the game is required. On Wednesday mornings there is a class for people who have completed the first year's course. Sam is a Grand master and widely regarded as the best player in Ayrshire. To find out more please phone Sam on 01292 312601


 

 Loans

Adrian Eddolls runs evening classes on Tuesday and Thursday in Loans community centre. Classes are for complete beginners on Thursday evening and on Tuesday there's a class for those who have completed the first year. For more information call Adrian on 01292 220 107
 

 
Troon

 BRIDGE CLASSES   2010/2011    by Ian L Dalziel     Tel 01292-313283

Classes start w/c 13th Sept 2010.  Prior booking recommended to ensure a place.  

All classes at St Meddans Church Hall Troon.  Refreshments at no extra charge.

Beginners:- Friday 9.45am –12 noon. Starts 17th Sept 10.  No prior knowledge or partner required

First 4 weeks is pay as you go at £4 per class. Then £32 for next 8 weeks.

Second year:- Thurs 1.30pm - 4pm.  Starts 16th Sept 2010. (Fees £48 for 12 weeks)

Third year:-  Mon 1.30pm – 4pm. Starts 13th Sept 2010.  (Fees £48 for 12 weeks)

Fourth year:-  Wed 1.30pm – 4pm. Starts 15th Sept 2010.  (Fees £48 for 12 weeks)

I have been teaching bridge in Ayrshire for 33 years.  I have introduced lots of people to the game and started many bridge clubs all of which are still running.  I will be retiring in a few years time so if you want me to be your teacher, don’t leave it too late!

Fees to be paid at the first class, please make cheques payable to Ian Dalziel.
